Die-cut vinyl stickers

The default, and the one most orders end up as. We cut around the outline of your artwork, so the sticker is the shape of your design rather than a square with your logo floating in it. Sizes run from 2 inches up to 6 inches, quantities from 50 to 10,000. This is also the cheapest way to buy in volume.

Circle and rectangle stickers

Simple shapes for product labels, packaging seals, equipment tags and toolbox ID. Circles start at 1 inch, which makes them the lowest-cost entry point in the whole range. Rectangles come in 2x3, 3x4, 4x5 and 5x7 with rounded corners as standard, because sharp corners are the first thing to lift.

Holographic stickers

Rainbow prism film that shifts colour as it moves. We print a white underbase first, which is the part most printers skip - without it your brand colours sit directly on a rainbow and come out muddy. Bold, open designs work best, because heavy ink coverage hides the effect you paid for.

Glitter stickers

A sparkle flake layer under your printed artwork. Popular for merch, water bottles and anything sold on a rack that has to earn a glance from across the room. Fine detail sits slightly softer on glitter than on flat vinyl, so bold marks beat small text.

Clear stickers

Transparent vinyl with no visible border, so your artwork sits on glass or painted metal like it was applied by hand. We print white only where your design needs it, which keeps pale colours solid on dark surfaces instead of turning ghostly.

Glow in the dark stickers

Charges in daylight and glows green through the night, brightest in the first hour. The glow is always green regardless of what you print on top, because that is the film rather than the ink. Gloss laminate only - matte scatters the light and dims it.

Chrome stickers

A true mirror finish. Print colour over it and it reads metallic, which is the closest you get to a machined badge in sticker form. The dearest stock we run, and the right call when the sticker is doing brand work rather than volume work.

How much do custom stickers cost?

Every size and quantity is priced on the product page before you upload anything. As a reference point, 1,000 die-cut vinyl stickers at 2 inches is $230, which works out at 23 cents each. At 10,000 the same sticker is around 13 cents. Holographic, glitter and chrome carry a premium because the material costs more.

There are no setup fees, no art fees and no charge for a proof. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend.

How long do custom stickers last outdoors?

Around six years. We print on 2.75mil high-opacity polymeric vinyl and finish it with a UV laminate, the same build used for vehicle and equipment graphics rather than the lighter paper-backed stock a lot of cheap stickers use.

Waterproof, dishwasher safe and fine with a pressure washer. They peel off cleanly too, without the grey ghost of adhesive badly made stickers leave behind. We test in Phoenix, which is a fair place to find out whether a laminate holds up.

Artwork and file requirements

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG and AI. Vector files scale to any size without going soft, so they are the best thing to send. Working from a raster file? Aim for 300 DPI at the size you want it printed - a logo pulled off a website at 72 DPI will print exactly as fuzzy as it looks zoomed in.

Transparent backgrounds help us cut the shape properly. If you are unsure whether your file will work, upload it anyway. The proof will show you, and we will tell you before you pay rather than after you open the envelope.

Every order is printed, laminated, cut and packed by us on USA-made vinyl and laminate. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is printed overseas. The current production window is shown live on every product page - it comes off our own press records and it moves when the shop gets busy, which is the honest way to run it.
