1. Who we are

Sticker Burn is a custom sticker printer operating in Arizona, United States. These terms cover your use of stickerburn.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Orders and proofs

Every custom order is confirmed with a digital proof before it goes to print. Your approval of that proof is the final go-ahead. We print what the approved proof shows.

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion. If we do, you get a full refund.

3. Your artwork and your rights to it

When you upload artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission from whoever does. You keep all rights to your own artwork — uploading it to us does not give us ownership of it.

You give us permission to reproduce your artwork only as needed to produce and ship your order.

We will not knowingly print artwork that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, and we reserve the right to refuse any job we believe does. We may also refuse artwork that is hateful, harassing, or illegal. If a claim is brought against us over artwork you supplied, you agree to cover the costs of defending it.

We may photograph finished work and show it as an example of what we print. If you would rather we did not, just say so on your order and we will not.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged in full at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed. If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before printing rather than silently charging the difference.

5. Colour and materials

Screens and printers reproduce colour differently, and no print process matches a monitor exactly. Slight variation between your screen, your proof, and the finished sticker is normal and is not a defect.

Durability figures we quote — such as an outdoor life of around five to six years — are the material manufacturer's ratings under normal outdoor conditions. Real life varies with sun, chemicals, abrasion, and how the sticker was applied.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Covered separately in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost sales, missed events, or the cost of reprinting other materials.

8. Website content

The Sticker Burn name, logo, mascot, site design, and written content belong to us. Please do not reuse them without permission.

We do our best to keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always available.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
