White ink underbase for true colour on glitter vinyl

Printing straight onto glitter stock without a white base gives you muddy, dulled colour — the flake shows through everything and greys it down. We lay white ink first, then your art, so what you designed is what arrives. Leave areas of your design open and the glitter comes through there instead, which is the good way to use it.

Glitter vinyl and fine detail

Glitter has texture. Very fine detail and small text sit slightly less crisply on it than on flat vinyl — not badly, just noticeably if you go looking. For a logo with 6pt legal text underneath, standard vinyl is the better call. For a bold mark, glitter is the one people keep.

PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG and AI. Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) are best because they scale to any size without going soft. If you are sending a raster file, aim for 300 DPI at the size you want it printed — a 72 DPI logo pulled off a website will print exactly as fuzzy as it looks zoomed in. Transparent backgrounds help us cut the shape properly. Not sure if yours will work? Upload it and we will tell you before you pay.

Yes. Waterproof, weather-resistant and UV laminated. They live happily on cars, water bottles, coolers, hard hats and toolboxes, and they survive the dishwasher (top rack). We are in Phoenix, so anything that leaves here has already been tested against the worst sun in the country.

Around six years outdoors, and considerably longer indoors. That is the rating on our 2.75mil polymeric vinyl with UV laminate, not a guess. They are scratch-resistant, they will not fade or peel when applied to a clean smooth surface, and they come off cleanly when you finally want them gone.

Fifty. That is where our pricing starts across every material, and it is the point where a custom print run makes sense — below that you are paying setup costs for very few stickers. Price per sticker drops steeply from there: at 1,000 you are paying a fraction of what you pay at 50.

**Transit** is typically 2–5 business days after that, depending on how far you are from Arizona. Shipping is free on every order.

We will not promise you 24 hours. We print everything ourselves here rather than farming it out, and that takes a few days longer than a factory running around the clock. That is the trade we have made, and the number on the page is always the real one.

Yes, and it matters more than it sounds. Most sticker printers cannot lay down white, which is why their clear stickers look washed out on dark surfaces and their holographic and glitter prints come out muddy. We print a white underbase wherever your artwork needs one, so your colours stay true on clear, holographic, glitter and chrome — and we leave it off wherever you want the material showing through.

Depends on the material. Die-cut, holographic and glitter run from 2″ × 2″ up to 6″ × 6″. Circles start as small as 1″ × 1″. Clear, glow and chrome go up to 5″ × 5″. Rectangles come in 2×3, 3×4, 4×5 and 5×7. Sizing is on each product page along with the price at every quantity.

In our own shop in Phoenix, Arizona, on USA-made vinyl and laminate. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is printed overseas. The person who answers your email is the person who runs the press.

If we printed something different from your approved proof, or it turns up damaged or mis-cut, we reprint it or refund it — your choice, and you keep the originals. Email us within 14 days with your order number and a couple of photos. Custom work is not returnable for change of mind, which is exactly why we show you a proof first.
